It all began after graduating from San Francisco State University with a BS in Kinesiology emphasising exercise and science movement. I have a huge passion for fitness, personal training, and showing my clients it can be fun to enter this world of health and exploring independent strength on every level. After relocating to San Diego, I can't wait to share my knowledge and be the personal trainer my clients need and want to achieve their goals. My specialties range from weight loss, corrective exercise, Olympic weight lifting, kettlebells, rehabilitation, as well as swimming lessons and coaching for all ages and levels. Having such a wide variety of knowledge and being familiar with several different types of equipment modalities, clientele base, and different life goals, your personalized program will not only get you to where you want to be, but you will also have fun doing it!
